If you have shared a petition using our sharing tools or used Facebook to log into CoFoundership, CoFoundership will be added as one of your Facebook applications or “apps”.

You can manage how information is shared from CoFoundership to your Facebook profile by managing the permissions on Facebook.

Here’s how to do this:

Log into your Facebook account
Click on the menu located at the top-right corner of the page (arrow next to the question mark symbol for the “Quick Help”)
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu
Click “Apps”, located on the left side of the page
Once you have located the CoFoundership app, place the pointer on top of the app logo. This will allow you to see the “Edit Settings” button on the right side of the rectangle
From there, you can customize the permissions for the CoFoundership application from posting visibility, to the degree of access, to completely removing CoFoundership posts from Facebook.

Please note that sharing via Facebook will require access to the Chat function, since sharing via Facebook sends as a message/chat.
